Vendor's Rules & Regulations
1. No refunds on booth fees for vendors.
2. No rain date.
3. All products and/or services offered for sale during this event should be the same products and/or services reported in the application. Food vendors are servicing lunch time and there-after which will commence at 12;30pm
4. Sub-letting or transfer of booth space is not allowed.
5. All vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Corner Stone Deliverance Church and Ark of Covenant International Inc. harmless against any third-party claims arising from the conference including any negligence on the part of Corner Stone Deliverance Church and Ark of Covenant International Inc.
6. Corner Stone Deliverance Church and Ark of Covenant International Inc. assumes not liability with respect to any property, of any kind, placed upon the premises by the vendor.
7. Corner Stone Deliverance Church and Ark of Covenant International Inc. or any conference sponsors are not responsible for accidents or stolen items.
8. Unruly behavior (including intoxication, verbal abuse, or threatening behaviors)will not be tolerated and are cause for immediate removal from the grounds.
9. The vendor shall be responsible for removing all displays, advertising materials and the like erected or placed on the premises immediately at the close of the conference.
10. Vendors are responsible for their own display materials
11. Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness, safety, insurance, and security of his/her property.

Statement of Understanding I have read, fully understand, and agree to abide by the vendor rules and regulations for the CSDC Kingdom Conferences. from 12pm - 4:30pm. early arrival for vendor setup is permitted one hour before the start of conference.
