Corner Stone Deliverance Church, Bishop Isaac Walter and/or Apostle Asia Hurd will perform the ceremony for children eight years of age and younger. Older children are baptized. Baby Dedication Ceremonies are typically scheduled for the second and fourth Sunday of each month, during the 12:00pm service. Submit your  request by completing the form below. Give 2 dates; your first date being the date of choice. Date of request must be submitted at least two weeks, twelve business days before date you are requesting for ceremony. The Administration Office will review dates to ensure Apostle Asia is available, and service is not overbooked with other services or ceremonies. After your date is approved, fax candidate’s Birth Certificate to the Administration Office. Birth Certificate must be received at least seven business days before the scheduled date of ceremony cornerstonedeliverancechurch@gmail.com
